Context Menus only show up as blue boxes

Especially during support sessions, sometimes a right-click brings up a blue box instead of the context menu. This can happen when the wallpaper is disabled in the Application Selection. To fix this, please follow these instructions:

 

EITHER

Before starting a session, select the standard profile rather than the Support profile.

 

 

OR

Create a new profile in the Profile Manager tab.

 

Within the “Preferences” tab, tick the boxes next to “Wallpaper” and “Taskbar & System”.

 

Click on “Save”.

In the Profile Manager tab, set this new profile as your standard profile, or simply select it from the drop-down menu the next time you start a Remote Support session.

 

OR

Within a running session, go to the Application Selection tab:

Tick the boxes next to “Wallpaper” and “Taskbar & System Windows”.
