This phenomenon is related to the hardware acceleration of your PC. To avoid the issue please turn off the hardware acceleration. To do so, please right-click on an empty spot on your desktop, then select Properties, and then click on the tab "Settings". At this point, please click the "Advanced" button, select the "Troubleshoot" tab and adjust the hardware acceleration to "None".
When I try to show a movie all my participants see is a black spot.
