During a session you can hand over remote keyboard and mouse control of your own computer to a participant.
1. Start a session with the Standard Profile
2. Click on the Participant List
3. To give remote control of your computer to a participant, click on the drop-down arrow under “Control” then select the person you would like to take control of your computer.
4. This participant can then remotely control your computer with their mouse and keyboard.
Note: Please don’t use your own mouse and keyboard while a participant is remotely controlling your computer. To disable remote control, click on the Control drop-down list and select your own name, or use the shortcut key: Ctrl + F12 (for Windows) or Ctrl+ESC (for Mac).
If you see your participant’s name written in gray within the presenter or control dropdown menus, this indicates the participant joined your session using the HTML Viewer instead of the Connection Program and you won't be able to select this participant as a presenter or controller. Please advise your participants to select the Connection Program (download option) when they visit go.mikogo.com to join your session.
