How do I get the session ID?

Session IDs are required by those looking to join a session, and not for those who are starting a session.

When the organizer starts a session, the session ID is provided to the organizer by the Mikogo software.
If you’re about to join a session and don’t have a session ID, please contact the organizer of the Mikogo session.
