Do my participants have to install the Mikogo software?

There are two ways that participants can join a Mikogo session via our Join Session page.

• The Connection Program – 6.3mb download – required for the following features: switching presenter, remote control, whiteboard control, VOIP, and file transfer

• The HTML Viewer – no downloads, no plugins - participants view the session directly through their web browser.
