Set communication channels in Mikogo PureWeb

To access the Mikogo PureWeb settings, the first thing you need to do is log in to Mikogo PureWeb.

Once you have done this, you will find the "Session Settings" option in the left margin.

In the first tab of the settings, you can manage the communication channels.

We recommend the following settings for Mikogo PureWeb (see screenshot).

For each of the three main categories "Application Sharing", "Video" and "Audio" you have the option to set whether they are available in a Mikogo PureWeb session.

Below this there is a check box "Start on session start". This means whether or not the screen is shared, video and audio are transmitted directly when a Mikogo PureWeb session is started.
