The Video icon does not appear in the Windows client

When you have started a Mikogo session and the Video icon does not appear, you can solve this by following these easy steps:

* Uninstall Mikogo

* Delete the folder Mikogo-video which is located in the %LOCALAPPDATA% directory.

This is done by pressing <Windows Key> + <R>

Then enter %LOCALAPPDATA% and press OK

Afterwards, you can delete the Mikogo-video folder

* Reinstall Mikogo from

* When you start another session, the Mikogo Video icon should have reappeared
