If your participants can’t access your voice conference, the most likely reason for this is that they joined your session via the HTML Viewer.
VoIP for participants is currently only available through the participant program and not available to participants who join with the HTML Viewer. If you want to host a VoIP call through Mikogo, please ask your participants to select the connection program on go.mikogo.com.
If this is not an option, instead of using our VoIP feature, we recommend you use our telephone conferencing numbers. You and all your participants, including those using the HTML Viewer, can take part in a conference call by using one of our local dial-in numbers. More details here.
