Switching presenter or giving remote control to a participant on a Mac

In order to use the remote control and switch presenter features with a Mac participant, please ensure they use the download method (.dmg file) when joining your session via http://go.mikogo.com

Note: If you see that your participant's name is written in grey within the Presenter or Control dropdown menus, this indicates that the participant joined your session using the HTML Viewer instead of the download option and you will not be able to select this participant as a presenter. Please advise your participants to select the Connection Program (download option) when they visit go.mikogo.com to join your session.
